Should all this workout with no problems?

205/45-16

I don't want rubbing under hard cornering etc.

i have 16's with 205/45/16. im going with 205/50/16 next time. 45's are a tad too low for my tastes.

Hey Tekmoe you got any pics, Im considering going with a 45 profile too. Just don't want the rims to look small.
