rear speakers not loud at all?

Anyone noticed that the rear speakers arent as loud as the front ones, I can fade all the way back to the rear speakers but it sounds like they are muffled compared to the front ones and has about 1/2 the bass the front has too. (YARIS SEDAN)

Well, I just jumped into my 07 Yaris Sedan and put in my new rap cd. With Bass at +3 and volume at 32 with it faded all the way back it would hit so hard it rattled the glass. I don't know anything about car audio, so I can't say it's broken or not working, but I can surly say mine dosn't do that at all.

when I compare the front, with the back, the front is WAY louder in all aspects. The back is by no means barely audible, its just not as loud. Would the dealership fix this if it were a problem? Can anyone confirm that this is normal/not normal, Basically fade to the front at volume 30 for example, then to the back, which is louder or are they the same?

Like I said, I have the same car as you; so with that in mind just now at volume 30 I did full fade front and full fade back and I'd say they are they same. The back has alittle more bass to it though.

Should I go to my dealer about this and see if they can fix it? Or is this something I should just leave alone and accept it? My first new car, dont know exactly how everything operates

i would go to the dealership, and try two or more sedans. if it's the same, then it's supposed to be like that, if not, bring it up.

if you're up for it, drive or call a dealer or two in an adjacent city and try them?

if the sedans have 6x9's in the rear, they should hit a little louder and deeper than the fronts. the 5.25's in the rear of the LB do a pretty decent job of sound imaging, but most of our bass comes from the 6.5's in the front.

wow, 6 by 9 feet speakers? lol....yeah, the sedans have 6x9" deck speakers. they're pretty decent with bass note, unlike the 6.5" front speakers. those get distorted quicker than the back.
