40 - 50 average but I work some crazy hours. Im in IT so I have software releases to work. They take place when site traffic is the least for our global customers (3AM Eastern was my last one).

But...I get to work from home now 100% virtual and I have a great boss so its all good. Plus I get a lot of comp time off the books....

stay-at-home dad, so i work 168 hours a week. before that, i was a high school math teacher, and worked 35 hours a week. every teacher will tell you that their work load is ridiculous, but if you're a math teacher, know your shit, and are organized, you can get all your shit done by 3pm and are home by 320. dont forget every conceivable holiday off, random half days, and winter, spring and summer breaks. GREAT JOB. i believe you work a total of 160 days out of the year. before that, i was an entry-level engineer and worked 60 hours a week. needless to say, the money was NOT worth the time. i made twice as much in comparison to being a teacher, but was 1 tenth as happy. how can you enjoy your money when you're at work so much?? remember: you can never buy back the time you lost at work or during your commute, so dont overdo it...

anywhere from 15-20 hours a week when i have my primary job. but when i have my second job during school, i work 15-30 hours a week. plus i have no less than 15 units worth of classes.

right now, i only have my primary job, but i'm taking organic/biochemistry over the summer from 5pm to 9:20pm. and this class is not easy, especially at an accelerated pace.

Like Static808, contracted as tooldesigner for a few years making good money but working 60-70 hrs a week and will never do again....current job I'm lucky to make it 40 (burn vacation time), life's too short to not see your kids/family.

Currently averaging 60 a week.As soon as my kiddo is born I'm dropping the work load down to 40 so I can focus on being a dad and get back into school.

no exact count, but around 60 a week anyway... I'm pretty much always in front of a computer except when I'm eating, sleeping, or taking care of other natural things...

such as replying to a PM sent to you by a kid that only works 24hrs in a deli and whose manager doesn't do anything and tells everyone what needs to be done while she walks around the store talking to other co-workers..............lol

40 with the occasional couple of hours of OT when needed. Sometimes if a job gets rushed we will work saturdays for an extended period of time.

I am a tradesman so I do a lot of physical work. 40 hours is about the max I want to work.

I work a solid 80% of the time I'm awake and I'd have it no other way.
