ATF questions IMPORTANT - Toyota Yaris Forums

Just picked up an 08 Yaris and want to do all maintenance. I picked up idemitsu Type TLS LV for my automatic as the guys at napa told me it's "the best". Will this fluid work?

Prior to your post, I had never heard of idemitsu Type TLS LV; its hype sounds almost too good to be true. Use it at your own risk and possible loss of sleep wondering if it is OK, but I'll stick with Toyota WS which has shown to work without any problems for over half a million miles (with regular changes), is readily available, and I'll sleep well each night.

the ATF is unconstitutional and should be abolished. :D
