I can't find any actual differences between the USDM and the JDM, but it may be cool for braggin' rights, or maybe one of you guys working on a JDM clone...

quite a few differences between xB and the Yaris, they shouldn't advertise it as both.

Anyone remember the OEM tuned 1NZ ECU they were selling around here a few years ago? Would've fit this engine + a turbo like a glove (apparently it was for JDM engines only).

they said "the engines come from several different vehicles". which didn't answer my question "which vehicle did THIS motor come from?"

The engines though are identical. (except for both intake and exhaust manifolds) Though this motor is quite different internaly from the the 1NZ-FXE used in the Prius.

Those headers//exhaust mani would have troubles in the 09+ ya?

It was a great eight year run, but it was time to focus on other things. I'm still selling parts on eBay under micro*image seller ID and customers can still make requests for anything specific.
