February 2011 Yaris sales: Down
Perhaps somewhat unsurprisingly, the Yaris did not sell very well again last month. Sales were down 53% compared to this time last year. Overall sales are down about the same amount compared to this time in 2010.
Somewhat surprisingly, the Scion xD, based on the Yaris chassis, had a 28.1% increase in sales over February 2010, and is up 1% compared to this time last year. Granted, the Yaris still outsells the xD about 3 to 1 overall. http://www.subcompactculture.com/201...act-sales.html
