Is now a Corolla S Owner

Lovin' that little Yaris!
It has been just over twenty-four hours since I took delivery of my 2009 base sedan in Flint Mica, and I am CRAZY about it! What a fun little car to drive!
I have driven 97 miles since the dealer filled the car up for me, and I have only lost the top bar on the gas gauge so far. I hope this is an indication of some killer gas mileage. The car has pretty decent acceleration in my opinion. It has nothing like the acceleration of the Cobalt I traded-in, but that car had a 2.2 L engine with 147 HP. I believe the Yaris will do MUCH better on MPG. So far, I am very glad that I made the deal, even though I lost my butt on the Cobalt by trading it in when it was only ten months old. Tom |
