So, basically no big changes from the '09.

Power package has something called "audio face plate". What's that?

Also, for the Yaris accessories they've added a "paint protection film" for the front of the car.

Ooo I wonder if they could put that on my 09! winter is only a couple months away that would be a great way to save the front end!

Five-door five-speed is great! I love my three-door and have no reason to get rid of it. However, if it blew up tomorrow, I know what I'd get!

I though stability control was going to be standard for 2010. Same for Traction control

And the S model will no longer exist for the US market. Just get the TRD add-on's. Only difference is that you don't get the "S" logo on the rear hatch! ;D

And a new yaris is coming 2012 so lets wait for that

I just tried to configure a 5-dr MT on the website. It required me to change the 5-dr selection to either the 3-dr or the sedan if I wanted MT... So I guess it's still not available. I'm disappointed. Plus they only have like 2 colors for the exterior... Pretty shoddy if you ask me. Guess I'll be waiting to see what the 2012's add to the mix.

They arnt making an "S" model yet this is one of the features on the 5dr hatch.

"Color-keyed front and rear under-bumper spoilers, side rocker panels, rear spoiler and unique S badge"

strange because when u click the 'cars' menu followed by the yaris option, 5 door MT is one of the options shown ? there are certainly some inconsistentcies...

Yes, there are. I got the same issue: Can't configure the five door with the five speed. However, when you go to "Features and Specs," it says it's available with a standard five-speed manual. Oddly, also shows neither available with an automatic!

It depends on your region. Some regions have them and some do not.

So between my 07 Yaris, and this 10 Yaris, the only difference is its newer in the sence of no rock chips. Actually I just had my front and rear windshields replaced, and got the entire car painted. So no difference there.

Oh but then there is the tire pressure monitoring system, and the Vehicle Stability Control, whatever that does. Wonder if the VSC can be added to older cars like mine?

It looks like the Yaris 5-door only comes in Automatic in my region. The 3-door, 5-door and Sedan comes w/Power Package only. I can not build a strip down Yaris.

I tried California, Florida, and Hawaii, but no 5-speed 5dr.
I wonder which states it's available in...
