whistling sound after butterfly cleaning

Hello Everyone,

I decided to clean the butterfly valve. I got the sensor safe seafoam stuff and did get the crud out. Its pretty clean now but I didn't notice the whistling noise until when I took it out for a ride. It was pretty quiet after I put sound deadener and extra .5in of floor padding in the front. I think its just the air rushing by from quick revs. Anyone else get that noise after the cleaning? I'm tempted to pull off the hose and just start spraying it with the engine at idle.
