Panasonic CY-PA4003U 4X250W Amplifier
Panasonic CJ-DVD177 6.5" Component speakers for front and rear
Dynamat

I'm going to use this with the existing head unit because no one will want to steal a stock stereo. It will just sound awesome. Kind of a sleeper system.

1) Install the JVC KD-HDR1 HDradio. I don't have the factory radio. (1-2 weeks) [done]
2) Install a compact subwoofer: possibly the JVC CS-BB2 (1-2 months)
3) [maybe] Upgrade the factory speakers, probably going with an all JVC system (I'm a sucker for not mix and matching) but will really depend on how I like the factory speakers.
4) Install a carputer (have most of the hardware, except for a 5-7 inch VGA LCD screen that I can mount cleanly in the dash, replacing the JVC headunit). (This summer if I can find the right LCD screen - for a reasonable price: best option looks like a lilliput touchscreen that some people have modded to fit into DD dashes) [DONE DONE DONE!!!]
http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7485
5) Put on the factory rear bumper protector (This summer)
6) Install some fog lights (Next year)
7) Upgrade wheels, tires, and suspension (prolly TRD route, and when I get the money)
8) A new front bumper, and more random lights (When I feel like it...)
9) Performance upgrades (intake, exhaust, super/turbo, etc. followed by racing seats!) (ummm, never?)

Immediate future... NST pulley, full exhaust, intake, overhaul the stock shifter, maybe some HID's, fogs, rims and tires, and paint the exterior plastics black.

Not so immediate future... paint the body flint mica, get the alpine type x sound system I've always wanted, and start working on the engine and drivetrain... flywheel, clutch, LSD, rear disc brake conversion, built internals, supercharger, etc

already in budget:
1) 3M window tints
2) xA auto-dimming rear view mirror
3) Eclipse AVN5500 navigation

if more money permits:
4) leather wrapped steering wheel
5) leather shift knob from avalon (thx violin!)
6) alpine type s' front (6.5) and rear (5.25)
7) a little dynamat

keepin it a simple and sweet commuter car. now if i can only find a turbocharger for my '06 sienna (oddly enough, trd had one for '98-'03 siennas)...
