Things someone can do to forget they had a really bad day

1..
2...
3.....

No, I mean, I really don't know, so I just went 1.. 2... 3... because I couldn't think of anything.

Have you ever had days like this when it seems like no matter what you do, there is no way out?

In my younger days I would have gone but now I find it just gives me a headache in the morning.

So how does one forget a nasty day?

Laundry? Really?! I wish you lived nearby!

Pretty good ideas, thanks!! Any others?

One of my personal favorites is getting in the car and driving off some place away from everything. Probably got that from my Dad who used to do the same thing.

First off, get out of the house (seriously!). Staying indoors can cause people to dwell on their problems even more. Take a deep breath of fresh air once you step out. Then either:

1. Go hang with a best friend of yours to vent with a couple rounds and/or tokes , like it's been said already in previous posts (just don't bring him down with you lol)
-or-
2. Drive to a lookout point alone and just chill there for 20 mins to clear your head. Only think about what makes you happy
-or-
3. (On paydays) Hit a strip club. Choose the hottest stripper there that isn't bathe in perfume. Come home. Change out of and burn clothes, just in case. Give your GF/finace/wife a hug and a kiss. Take her to your bedroom. Use your imagination.

When I'm having a shit day, it really cheers me up to make someone else's day worse than mine. The odd prank call, prank, joke, tease, "workplace harrasment" of anyone else tends to cheer me up no end.

However if your day is that bad that you just wanna punch someone, I suggest you get a personal trainer, some boxing gloves and do a boxing workout doing hooks, jabs and uppercuts on focus pads. A lot of fun and you can really find the motivation to puch the shit outta the pt's hands.

If at this stage your still having a bad day, have a sex (if your partner is up for it) if not have wank and go to sleep, tomorrow is a new day.
