ANOTHER bi-xenon thread...
I wanted to see if we could get some electrical guru's to chime in on making bi-xenon retrofit kit(s) work with the DRL module. Currently, from what I know, the bi-xenon configuration runs straight from the car's battery and utilizes one of the H4 female headlight receptacles. To retain the functionality of the fog lights...the DRL module needs to remain in the vehicle. The biggest thing that I would like to see remedied, if at all possible, is the condition where the HID is on constantly. I would like to have the HID disabled until I switch on my headlights. Currently, when switching on the headlights with the bi-xenon, there is no change. The HID's run 24/7/365 (when the car is turned on of course). I was hoping a genius such as CTScott or somebody could comment on how to possibly configure this to work with stock switches and minor manipulation to the current circuitry and/or wiring.
