Lights On Alarm

My alarm is not sounding when I open my door when I leave my lights on. Is this controled by a fuse? If so, which one?

By alarm, I assume you mean the warning chime?

If so, the chime is part of the instrument cluster. Does the chime sound if you start driving with your seat belt unlatched or if you start backing up with the ebrake on?

That is what I mean and yes, they work most of the time. I have noticed every once ina while they don't.

It does not sound if my break is on.

Hmmm intermittent and not working with the brake either seems like a issue with the cluster itself, but check the PANEL1 fuse in the under dash fuse panel.
