Just a reminder.

No matter how comfortable you are behind the wheel, always be extremely careful and attentive.

Early Friday morning, a friend and co worker of mine was riding to work on his motorcycle when a deer wondered across the road and got in Rons path. Without enough time to react, Ron collided with the deer and was thrown from his bike. The paramedics and police estimated there was an hour between the tine they arrived and the collision happened. In that time Ron began to bleed from his brain and was put on lif support to keep him alive long enough to rescue his organs for donation. He passed away the following day.

He was 53 years old and had a wife and 2 kids. He was a builder of hot rods and collector of motorcycles. Ron will be missed by many And was a great person to be around

R.I.P. Ron Dooley

So please, please be careful. You never know when things are going to change on the road.

I'm sorry for the loss of your friend. I'm not sure of the time of the accident,
but around here, there was a motorcycle rider that hit a deer sometime
in the early morning hours out in the countryside. He was found around
1:30 am I think. If I remember correctly, he was dead when found on the
road.

I agree that you never know when something will happen.

I'm so sorry about your friend Ron. 53 years old is too young to go.

That's a very sad story - always sad when a spouse and kids are left behind. Thanks for the tip.
