aem or weapon R?

I'm getting a cold air intake for my 2012 yaris. Which is better? AEM or WR? Which intake will give a better gain? Any ideas or thoughts?

In a nutshell, there's not much difference at all. Any option will be better than stock as far as performance, but there's not much difference between them.

BTW, you might want to consider getting a SRI instead, which makes it a bit easier to clean up the filter and you don't have to worry about hydrolocking as much (and the gains are pretty much the same as well).

+1 on the SRI

the first step in putting on the CAI is taking off the front bumper....really?

I like the AFE SRI, that is what I have. (SRI = Short Ram Intake)

It takes 5 minutes to drop the top of the bumper.

^^ even then you dont have to take off the bumper.. just gotta pull the plastic finder liner back in front of the drivers front wheel well. It really isnt that hard.
