That's an easy one, come on.
From the mods I have installed so far, I think my cold air
intake made the most noticeable difference. The acceleration is much better. So, why don't they have a stock CAI? Because it makes the car louder!!!
So, yes, I am pretty sure the engineers at Toyota are more concerned about cabin noise in a car like the Yaris than about performance!
