About to purchase used Yaris

I'm about to purchase a used 2006 Sedan auto.
It's done 50,000 km so 31,000 miles.
They are advertising for $12,500 AU which is $13,300 US

There is a few little scratches on the body on both sides and boot area.

Also the radio doesn't seem to work but plays CDs.

Is this a good buy?
What should I offer?

find out why the radio doesn't work. While I haven't seen any on the yaris, that makes me think electrical issues.

$13,300 US is more than what I would pay for a new Yaris, let alone a 2006 with that much mileage.

I wouldn't bee too worried about the radio not working as they are POS, although it may be indicative of other electrical issues as @why correctly stated.

Best of luck with that!

I guess the real question is if that is a lot in Australia?

Here in the US it would be about 4-5K too much, IMO.

In the US, that would be about the starting point for a brand new Yaris stripped down.
