Those seem to be drawn on with a sharpie. Some of the stars aren't drawn symmetrically. Plus how the hell do you fall asleep while getting tatoos on your FACE! Total Bullshit! FAKE as hell! The ones on her nose would be super painful.

 It's simple to figure out, she fucked up and got the tattoos, daddy got pissed so she makes up a story about falling asleep, and didn't think it would ever become national news (Fox News is running the story here in the States). So now the world thinks she's an idiot, and it wouldn't be hard to recognize her in a crowd with all those stupid stars on her face. She needs to resolve her future and become a porn star, as otherwise she's just a moron... |

This is why you never get a tattoo on your face or neck, too hard to hide.
Also, bad job on the artist for not having a video camera in his studio.
