Figure out what happened, think of a solution and DO IT! No need to rant, it just takes more time away from actually working towards a solution.

Interestingly, I leared a lot about both MI guys over the last couple days:

- Jeff: totally nice guy, very professional ar all times, (called him on Monday and I am sort of tough negotiator)

- Garm: irresponsible, impulsive, and generally evil
