I do not want to repeat why I did all this..

Interestingly, I leared a lot about both MI guys over the last couple days:

- Jeff: totally nice guy, very professional ar all times, (called him on Monday and I am sort of tough negotiator)

- Garm: irresponsible, impulsive, and generally evil

Personally, I found both to be extremely professional and dealt with my questions and concerns on my projector kit promptly and courteously. It didn't lead to me airing my dirty laundry all over the forum about one of only two vendors that supports this site.

Kinda funny you're all about Jeff when he works for Garm. Not the other way around.

In my business, you're precisely the kind of person I refuse to deal with. When I meet clients who have acquired a collection of complaints about other people with whom they no longer do business, I don't do business with them either.
