Well as you can see from the graphs... most of the power is coming after 4,000rpm.
I don't see why would you be driving at more that 4,000rpm on a slippery / wet road.
That is of course if you are not me...
We have 8-9 months of rain a year over here... and I just loved to push the car under the rain...
If you do it safely driving on such conditions can teach you a lot about the dynamics of your car.
