Sweet Scott. I LOVE the valve. Very cool and the way you actuate it, it's pretty much fool proof from road debris or anything. Very nice piece. It worked well on my first oil change too as I slight over-filled. The car really takes about 3.5 quarts.

The filter is VERY EASY to remove with channel lock pliers. Available at any hardware store. If you can't get the filter off with a good size pair of channel locks....you have issues.
