yes, the same place. it should be a plate held by two bolts that the cable passes thru. my suggestion is to drill a hole in that plate, off to one side, and install a rubber grommet that you can put your wire thru.
while you're under the car, you wont' be able to see this plate without removing the exhaust heat shield. you should be able to unbolt it and slide it to the side past your exhaust and then you'll see the plate that is part of the shift cable.
