Well considering the warranty, the previous amount of miles on the engine, and the situation, I think the $800 deductible for parts is very fair. I realize that she's probaly paid enough for rental now, but if she could get other parts replaced, now would be a good time as they're all warranty and she's paying just the percentage of each. Keep us posted, sorry that she got the bad luck of those places, I used to know all the guys that worked the places in my home town, and they didn't know shit...
