here is one i came up with on my own.
down syndrome. notice how they all look very simular? and how they are stronger than the average person, many of them dont get tired that easy.. they could run until they passed out. and the government will help your family out if you have a child with down syndrome... the government is trying to make a super human to use in combat.. make them all look the same, be super strong, not tire easy and have a lesser intelligence so that they will not question authority think about it lol (not i dont really think this.. but it crossed my mind one day)
