I hit a pothole :/

And warped my wheel. My aluminum wheel .... so, it's gotta be replaced because it's going to cost $150-$200 to fix it and the wheel/tire combo is only $174.

Lame.

I hate Minnesota and it's craptastic highways, and lack of road work (yet, they keep raising my taxes for 'roads & bridges' ... suuuure).



Thankfully, my wheels are still being produced so I will be ordering that on Friday (payday). It's at the shop now sitting in the parking lot until I can get an allen wrech big enough to fit (it has a combo of the locking lugs and the allen wrench) to get my 17"s off and throw my steelies back on.

I just needed to vent to someone who would understand the pain and frustration I am feeling right now.

I am just glad it was only the wheel, not any other part of the car becuase it was a BAD pothole. It could have been worse and I'm glad it's not - but I still just want to bitch about it.
