Absolutely!!
I have one. You can elect to put it on just with the built-in screws (it's easy, see pics) so you can get it on and off when you want, or you can have it welded on. It's a perfect fit, right out of the box. I was surprised at how solid it feels in the hand. Great piece! I'm glad you posted this, so I can put on my to-do list to go have it welded on (my preference, you don't have to)
