The temptation of saying "I'm leaving because I can't stand this f'n place and you can shove it" is great but don't do it. You never know.

This, especially if you are moving to a job in the same line of work. I've seen several people who've done the "Take This Job and Shove It" routine, only to later regret it.
You can go celebrate once the deed is done, whoop it up all you want; but there is too much potential for blowback if you depart like an immature asshole...
