They promise a reply within 24hrs upon opening of a ticket. Took them 8 days. Coincidentally, they responded the day after I opened a PayPal dispute.
2 1/2 months after my order was 'shipped', I got a refund. Most of it anyway. Lost a little bit of it due to exchange rate hocus pocus.
The net is full of GEARBEST horror stories. Good luck to all who are tantalized by their low prices.
