Just took it out of my car. Includes the HUD, control unit, and some wiring. The wires are short, you may need to lengthen. Both power wires do come with add-a-fuses crimped on for free!

The sheath on the cable to the HUD has been split in one spot, which you can sort of see in this photo, top right:

Purely cosmetic, as none of the wires inside have been deformed.

Also one of the little screws holding the reflective plastic to the HUD base has jiggled loose and has run away.

Price: $150 shipped within US(except AK, HI, sorry guys!)

Selling because I got a JDM gauge cluster. (Although if it doesn't sell I may keep it and install the Defi link stuff to get water/oil temperature/etc)

I don't know what MSRP is, but the average price is a little above $300. Cheapest I could find is from Nengun Performance at $292.55
