Or programs of the like? If so please help me design something for my gas chugger.

See I love the look of the ARB bumpers, but $800 for a bumper is a little high. So I am going to build my own, like most 4x4ers, but on the platform of a brushgaurd.

I would like the top half of the bumper to have this sort of feel...

And for the bottom half to have this sort of slant to it...

You dont have to worry about the back or mounts just a view from the front. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

Y'know what? That would be the best way to do it anyway. For someone to draw it in a CAD package, they would need to measure the beast, lay out the front end so they could see where it goes, etc.
If you start with 1" or 2" wide strips of plywood, and a hot gljue gun, and mock up what you want (edges only, obviously), you can just use that as a template.
Honestly, that is the best way.

What year truck do you have. The easiest way to do it yourself is Cardboard and ducktape. Then you just cut out the templates and weld them up. Or you can always just do something simple like the one on my 4runner 4x2 square tubing.

I can make a couple of designs but it may take some time. I am leaving for California Tomorrow morning for King of the Hammers, but I should have some down time this week to mess with a few designs.

I have an 88. And the reason I'm not wanting to attempt this myself is I have absolutley no prior fabrication expierence on anything.

Do you have welding expirience or are you starting completely from square one. I'll see what I can do here when I get some time. Do you have an idea of what thickness of steel do you want to use?

Probably 3/16 for cosmetic parts and 1/4 for main support areas. And I have very little skill with a welder, but I have friends that wont mind helping me.
