Naan is a round flatbread made of white flour. It is a staple accompaniment to hot meals in India (and a lot of countries)...
It goes really well with Butter Chicken or Curry... The skewers I am holding are to remove the bread from the oven (you can see one which is stuck on the wall) The temp inside the oven is so hot, if you keep you hand in for 5 seconds your clothes start to burn.,....
