Naan is a round flatbread made of white flour. It is a staple accompaniment to hot meals in India (and a lot of countries)...
It goes really well with Butter Chicken or Curry...

The skewers I am holding are to remove the bread from the oven (you can see one which is stuck on the wall)
The temp inside the oven is so hot, if you keep you hand in for 5 seconds your clothes start to burn.,....

kind of like a tortilla? I know the Native American's here have Indian Fry Bread...maybe it's more similar to that...either way....it sounds good and I'm liking the utensils and pan you're using. I love the internet for things like this.

ooooh I haven't had naan in ages... When I was in college and up all night, we'd go to an all-night food court kinda place and I always had garlic and cheese naan... making me hungry just thinking about it!
