I don't believe the girl. Unless she was really, really, really "under the influence" or something.. I don't know, the story doesn't make sense.

Usually, a reputable tatoo artist will produce an exact drawing of what it is you going to end up with and you have to OK it so there is no surprise. At least that's how they do it around here.

The drawing is nice but I wouldn't want that on my face for the rest of my life. Oh well, there is always laser I suppose.

That's what he did. He drew it first and she said only the upper part. But that's already more stars than the 3 stars she first wanted... So I don't know what to believe.
Also, the tattooist says that he finished the outlines when her dad came back. So that means he filled them when her dad already saw it?

I know, the whole story doesn't make any sense.
