^i highly suggest against downing two rockstars right before the drive. you'll just get a caffeine crash later. just get a decent amount of sleep and drink one rockstar (or other caffinated beverage) while you're driving. caffeine works best when you consume little amounts over long periods of time- not all at once.

my gf is in l.a., so i do this drive quite often alone (or with sleeping passengers) non-stop with just one cup of coffee consumed for the first half of the trip. but then again, i'm sorta entertained by the radio and somewhat busy with hypermiling.

Oh, no, I won't be chugging the two before I drive. I sip on it and make one or two last the whole way.

hahaha, if I had a Scan Gauge II, I would be better at playing hypermiling games
