Why
replace the foam? If you have the seat apart, then wash the fabric & the foam, maybe with detergent. Watch out for any electrical components. You wouldn't want to soak the weight sensors.
I've had a cat pee on a couch, and cleaned it by just hosing down the cushion foam & cover. In my case, I was able to do it while it was fresh (still wet), so I didn't even need any soap. I set both out in the sun to dry after squeezing out the water and everything was OK.
