How much did it cost to have the Recarro seats

Hey, I just purchased my Yaris 2007 and would like to change the seat to a better one as the one I've got is so uncomfortable.

Can you let me know how much it cost to change the seat and also will this affect the warranty of the actual car?

Attached is my current yarris which I've added new mag wheels.
