Is it - your out-of-pocket, after deductible? - estimate from the body shop? - what your adjuster will contribute towards repair regardless of actual cost?

Insurance left a check for 3300 at the body shop for the repair. I have a 500 deductible. The ins. company has specified non-oem body parts (!) and "recycled" (!!) headlamps- body shop has told the adjuster (who agreed) that if the non-oem stuff doesn't fit right, the ins. co will purchase new oem parts, in addition to paying for the non-oem stuff. All I will be out of pocket is the 500 minus the price of the hood and the headlights, maybe 200-250
