It's a call center customer support job. I have a lot of experience doing that kind of work, and I'm really good at it, but I really would like a job in computer networking and/or security... I'm going to school for a Computer Information Technology BA so I can be a systems analyst someday, but in the mean time an IT job would be preferred.
