It depends on the tread remaining really. Some people get 15,000 out of the first tires, some people get 50,000. Did you replace or repair the flat? If you replaced it I would at least change the one on the other side too. One old tire and one new tire is no good for the tires, alignment, balancing, or really anything. If you just repaired and all tires still have sufficient tread, there's no reason to change yet(unless you're going to winter tires)

I replaced the flat with the spare toyota provided when I got the car. If I have to replace the tire I might just buy them all new so I wont have to worry about them all for a while.
