HELP!!! My Vitz/yaris acting weird

@CTScott okie i will get it checked by electrician but here mechanics and electricians sucks specially they dont have knowledge about vitz they treat it as other cars. Thanks for your advice :)

I was going to recommend taking it to the dealer. I assume there are competent technicians there? Since you own a Toyota, is there not a dealer?

This is usually the type of problem people can't fix themselves. Computer/electrical systems in cars are the most complicated aspect of them and require specialized expertise and equipment to even find out what's wrong, never mind to fix it. Many times, the whole interior has to come apart.

This is definitely one of a kind for the Yaris - the most trouble free car ever.

ya I took it to the toyota dealer... and their electrician said all this...Actually in Pakistan toyota dealers dont sell Vitz/yaris they are imported from japan as reconditioned car and the local dealers sell them in their show room...so here support for vitz is very bad ...

The first thing I would recommend that he try (after checking the battery voltage for significant increase or decrease) is to disconnect the small connector on the alternator, which gives the ECM, A/C ECU and power steering ECU info about the alternator's output.
