Clunking????

I just recently purchases a 2007 Certified Toyota Yaris 4 Door Sedan manual.
--how long ago?
I have driven a manual since I turned 16
--how old are you now?
and am experiencing a problem I have never encountered.
--how many previous and what kind of cars did you own/drive prior A/T? M/T?
When coming from a start (typically after starting the car) and starting out when I'm about half way released from the clutch in 1st I notice a clunking sound?
--does this happen only when pulling out in first gear ?
Any suggestions as to why??
--could be a number of things i.e. bad motor mount(s),play/bad (in) swaybar endlink(s),etc
if you purchased this recently as you stated, take it back to where you got it from and voice your concern unless you bought it "as is".
if so look into a reliable repair shop
