Mine arrived this evening. I had to go to the AT&T store to do a little swap-a-rooski. I ordered the phone against my daughter's account (that was eligible for an upgrade), and I got the iphone 5 and passed my 4s down to her to replace her 3g. All three devices use different size SIM cards, so the only way to get it all squared away was in person.

Now, I am impatiently awaiting the jailbreak for IOS6.
