The spring compressor can be "borrowed" from advance or autozone with their "loan a tool program". (that's how I did mine though just lowering springs... same concept)
as far as the apartment not allowing a person to work on their cars, I'm actually surprised there aren't yarisworld members near you that would help you out. I have been willing in the past though not that many yarisworld(ers) live near me. |
