I'm with thebarber on both points.
Get yourself a lightweight pulley next. (Or an entire set if you wanna go all out) It will really frees up some torque, but will make the car a bit jerky, as the engine will be more responsive.
And yes, definitly put a high-performance catalytic converter on, so it doesn't reduce performance, but still conforms to regulations.

just like invader166 stated...i went with lightweight pulley right after all your mods....you will gain slight tq and faster rpm reach 😎

Keep in mind that you can lose some low-end torque if you go too wide with the exhaust diameter.

I vote for the underdrive pulley. It will also be lighter weight :-)
