I'm in pain. I'd rate the pain a constant 7/10. My lower left back area hurts, I havent been lifting anything so I'm worried it may be kidney stones (never had them before) or an intestinal blockage. I cant get back to sleep. Wondering if I should head off to ER or give it a few more hours. I havent taken any pain killers for the pain either.

Getting ready to go and pick up my mountain bike from the shop. Had a new saddle installed as well as a new pedal assembly as mine was shot. I am hoping my son and I get in at least 2 more 30 mile rides before the snow flies.

All came good, no visit to quack. The pain was 2/10 when I woke up and is now gone. Dunno what it was. I will mention it to my DR the next time I see him.
