In all honesty, it needs to be a strong solution or something free for the consumers...otherwise a huge tsunami of users may be headed to the Android market ;)

Um, not really. There are a large number, despite this "supposed" flaw that love the iPhone for what it can do and the platform it runs on, simplistic to use. Realistically, there is no phone like it.

Nowadays...a simple malfunction or bad customer service can turn the majority away. Just look at retail market stats in the last 10-15 years....who has escalated up and who has escalated down.

It can happen in the phone industry as well.....

Well, now I'm liking these guys again. Well, a little ;) At least they admit it they messed up. Pfeww. And they're gonna give people free bumpers. Good.

they said they can't make enough bumpers for demand, so they are gonna give a choice of different cases for the iphone 4, and if you've already bought one they will refund you the money. and another good thing about it is that you don't have to brave the busy Apple Store to get one, you can just apply and get it shipped to you online at Apple's website.
