Face it, Sail Design, we are clearly being visited by a superior intellect here, we should just pay attention, and ignore our own previous experiences and educations...

I can only hope that the island that SailDesign lives on is higher than 25' above sea level.
Mother nature has no boundries and a 25' wave to a 1/4 mile high wave,
anything is possible. Now do the math.
A Dingo Ate My Baby = GOOD WORK!!
Again, you are correct.

I think we are at 65' at the highest point. Which still wouldn't stop a 25-ft wave from scouring the island down to the bedrock.

what is mostly funny is that SailDesign made a lot of assumptions about my post...
all I said was essentially 'brace yourselves, increased risk' and whatnot. I never claimed
anything. SailDesign makes assumptions and puts words in my mouth...
and he could have googled this information himself, therefore know where I got the info.

I just play along. Know who is trolling you.

Dingo - go back and re-read your own posts. I quoted you, that's all.

Your quote about being in IT came from another post - maybe you should re-read that thread, too.

Yeah, for all his "smarts", you just know a couple of things: he seldom gets dirty hands, and he never applies his smarts to helping the handicapped, or to peaceful solutions, way too smart for that... I spent a decade or two helping the handicapped, and really needed an engineer to solve a transportation problem. Never saw anyone like Dingo to help solve it...
