Well, some of those "ricers" you talk about are just giving their cars a theme too... as far as they're concerned.

So, to each his own.

BTW, when I was younger, I used to love "everything black" cars as well. But since getting off the drugs, dealing with my depression, and suffering through years of psychiatric counseling, I can finally drive a red car.

Hey, Black Yaris... I'm pulling your leg here... I just have a problem with the "rice" terminology and some over the top judgmentalism.

hey, to each his own. why bother even trying to put down what other people do to their cars. as long as they like it thats all that matters. Who is anybody to say what is nice looking and what isn't, and if you think you are somebody to say something, then thats just plain arrogance.

like in my personal opinion, i think black rims are ugly unless they have a machined lip, otherwise it just looks like hubcaps when you're in motion. But i still don't say anything, cause ppl with black rims probably took awhile to choose em out, and they like it.

yannoe?

A throwback to the past. Really makes you take a second look, but would only work with a black car.

BTW, I would like to see flatter baby moons. What do you think?

Now, all you need is a chrome grill and a rear chrome garnish around the Toyota emblem. (I think someone on this forum has a rear garnish on a blue car).

I have the flatter moons (8" diameter golf cart) and have mounted one, just want to work on the mounting a little more, before completeing and pictures. The ones in the picture do tend to make it a little more like a 'clown' car than anything serious....but I've lived with stranger looking things

...not much of a chrome fan other than on wheels, prefer the 40's/50's shaved look.....maybe some body colored 'pucks'to replace the front and rear emblems, to flow with the body lines---not ready for a full repaint that would be required to do it right!
