Battle Royale Directed by Kinji Fukasaku was very good.
I enjoyed Transformers I did not enjoy the new Harry Potter. I watched Match Point the other day...not bad. |

Have you seen B.R. II? If not I wouldnt worry too much..its pretty much crap. IMO. A few more good ones if your into Japanese Action/fantasy: Casshern dir. by Kazuaki Kiriya Shinobi dir. by Ten Shimoyama Shadowless Sword dir. by Young-jun Kim (this one is Korean actually) |

my g/f made me watch alpha dog with her. which is horribly written, directed, and produced. but is based on a very interesting true story.
saw transformers which was pretty tight. going to see the simpsons which better rock ass! |

well, I will say this for alpha dog, I think they tried to keep the story based on evidence and the real sequence of events so writing was limited, it is one of those "is what it is movies", nothing spectacular that's for sure

![]() Surf's Up was surprisingly good, very charming and fun movie, a step away from the norm of CGI animated movies... And the CGI water? Amazing...

Saw Redline recently... OMFG it makes the first Fast & Furious or Torque look like cinematic masterpieces... Though I guess it is a pure unashamed concentration of what guys like: fast cars, skanky girls, cheesy one-liners, guns and fistfights...
